I work with individuals to help them navigate difficult emotions resulting from traumatic situations. Conducting a detailed assessment to create a plan th at is tailored to you. I then use evidence-based interventions to help you reach your specific goals. Telehealth only at this time.
Relationships are the foundation of healing—and sometimes, they’re also where the deepest challenges arise. At Eventide Therapy, we offer couples and family sessions to support healthier communication, rebuild trust, and navigate complex dynamics with care.
Therapy is a meaningful investment—not just of your finances, but of your time and energy.
The work extends beyond the therapy room, inviting you into daily practices of self-awareness, healing, and growth. I have partnered with multiple platforms to provide a wide range of insurance options.

Trauma Intensives
In addition to ongoing therapy, I offer focused trauma intensives—extended sessions designed to support meaningful movement in specific areas of healing.
Trauma intensives range from 3–6 hours per day, scheduled over a long weekend or across several days per week. This concentrated approach allows for deeper therapeutic work and often leads to more rapid relief from symptoms, helping clients regain a greater sense of control and connection in their lives.
Why Consider a Trauma Intensive?
Tailored to your needs: Session length and frequency are customized based on your goals and emotional readiness.
Deep, transformative work: Extended time creates space for more profound processing and insight.
Fewer outside distractions: Stepping away from daily demands allows for more focused and uninterrupted healing.
Potential for faster results: Research shows that intensives can lead to meaningful symptom improvement in a shorter time frame than traditional weekly therapy.
Please note: Trauma intensives are in-person sessions, not covered by insurance, and require consistent sessions with your individual therapist.
